When shopping on our website, we guarantee your protection and privacy. It is very important to us to protect all customer information including addresses, phone numbers and especially email accounts. All payment information is encrypted and not stored on our websites.

We only use your personal information to process and ship your order. We do not give away, sell, rent, or display any of your information. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

Payment Information

We accept Paypal (no account needed), checks and U.S. Money Orders. PayPal allows you to use most major credit cards for payments. Both of these payment options are secure payment gateways that have passed all PCI compliant regulations for your security and safety while shopping with us online.

Shipping Information

We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS ground.

Your order usually ships within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday - Friday, except for postal holidays. We will inform you via e-mail when your package is shipped and supply you with a delivery confirmation number.

Each item is carefully wrapped and packed to avoid damage during transit. Packing materials are included in the total weight of all our products.

We only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping or orders at this time.



Returns And Refunds

Our goal is to please you and provide you with the best customer service we can. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or feel a need to return an item we promise to work with you to resolve any concerns or needs you have to return a product to us.

How to process and ask for a refund includes:
1. Let us know immediately when you decide you may need a return or refund by email or phone.
2. Please use safe and appropriate packing materials when shipping back to us. How well you prepare and pack your return to us will determine the safety of its arrival during transit.
3. Please send back to us in the condition it arrived to you. We do not want you to wash or clean or alter the product in any way prior to returning it.
4. Once we receive your returned item and all is in the condition we shipped it to you, then we will process your return and send you confirmation that we have made a refund to you.

6. Only use the same shipping method that you originally paid for to ship back to us. If you paid for priority mailing please ship back using priority mail. We do not reimburse shipping rates for upgraded mailing methods that were not originally paid for in your order.
7. You must request a refund within 10 business days from the original delivery date we receive from our tracking information. Any request for refunds after this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds older than 10 business days from the original delivery date.
8. If for any reason the return is a result of an error on our part we refund return shipping. Return shipping is not refunded unless it is our error.
